Expert Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for expert use of the NowHereIAM service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by IAMness (hereinafter "the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between experts and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Expert" refers to a user who holds a nationally recognized professional qualification, such as a certified tax accountant or certified labor attorney, and has entered into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Workplace Connection" refers to a relationship in which both parties agree to allow an expert to access a specific workplace's data, either through an invitation from the business owner or a request from the expert.
- "Permission Scope" refers to the range of data access (attendance, payroll, or full access) granted to the expert by the business owner.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen of the Service so that experts can easily access them. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and shall provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date of any amendment.
Article 4 (Registration and Qualification Verification)
Expert registration is completed when the user agrees to the contents of these Terms, submits a registration application, and the Company verifies the applicant's qualifications and grants approval. The Company may refuse registration or restrict service use in the following cases:
- The applicant does not hold a valid qualification under applicable laws
- False qualification information or personal information has been provided
- The applicant has not completed the qualification verification procedures required by the Company (e.g., submission of qualification certificate copies)
- Other cases that violate the Company's operational policies
Article 5 (Service Fees and Payment)
The fees and payment methods for expert services are as follows:
- FREE Plan: Free (up to 10 workplace connections)
- PRO Plan: 19,900 KRW/month (excluding VAT; 21,890 KRW including 10% VAT; up to 30 workplace connections)
- ENTERPRISE Plan: 49,900 KRW/month (excluding VAT; 54,890 KRW including 10% VAT; unlimited workplace connections)
- A 20% discount applies for annual billing. (PRO: 15,900 KRW/month, ENTERPRISE: 39,900 KRW/month)
- Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by the PG (payment gateway)
- The Company uses PortOne and other PG (payment gateway) services for payment processing, and payment-related information is securely handled in accordance with the respective PG provider's security policies.
Article 6 (Recurring Payment and Auto-Renewal)
Paid services are provided on a monthly or annual recurring payment (subscription) basis and are operated as follows:
- Recurring payment means that the service fee is automatically charged on a monthly (or annual) basis through the payment method registered by the expert.
- Based on the initial payment date, auto-renewal payments are processed on the same date each month (or year).
- If the payment date does not exist in the applicable month (e.g., the 31st in February), payment will be processed on the last day of that month.
- If you do not wish to auto-renew, you may request cancellation through the Subscription Management menu before the next payment date.
- Upon cancellation request, automatic payments will be suspended starting from the next payment date, and you may continue to use the paid service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- After the billing cycle ends, your account will be automatically converted to the FREE plan.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Refund)
Withdrawal and refund for the recurring payment service are handled as follows:
- For the initial payment only, the expert may request a refund through the Subscription Management menu within 7 days of the payment date, and a full refund will be provided.
- Recurring payments (auto-renewal payments from the 2nd cycle onward) are not eligible for refund; only subscription cancellation is available.
- After 7 days have passed from the initial payment date, refunds are not available; only subscription cancellation is possible.
- If you resubscribe after receiving a refund, the subsequent payment is not eligible for refund. (Only one refund per account is allowed.)
- Upon subscription cancellation, no pro-rated refund is provided for the already-paid period, and the service remains available until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method, and it may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.
- Upon completion of the refund, the subscription is immediately terminated and the account is converted to the FREE plan.
- If the Company is unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the Company, a full refund or service period extension will be provided for the affected period.

Article 8 (Data Access and Use)
Experts may access data of connected workplaces under the following conditions:
- Data may only be accessed within the permission scope (attendance, payroll, or full access) set by the business owner.
- Accessed data must be used solely for the purpose of performing tax and labor affairs.
- Accessing data beyond the permission scope or using data for purposes other than intended is prohibited.
- Once a workplace connection is terminated, the expert may no longer access that workplace's data.
Article 9 (Confidentiality Obligation)
Experts bear a confidentiality obligation for all data accessed through the Service and must comply with the following:
- Copying, transmitting, or disclosing data for purposes other than performing professional duties is prohibited.
- The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after a workplace connection is terminated.
- Violation of the confidentiality obligation may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
Attendance and payroll data provided by the Company is for reference only, and final responsibility for tax and labor decisions lies with the expert and the business owner. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of data and is not responsible for the results of the expert's work. Furthermore, the Company shall be exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters or equivalent circumstances.
Article 11 (Service Restriction and Notification)
1. The Company may restrict an expert's service use or suspend their account in the following cases: providing false qualification information, using data for unauthorized purposes, violating confidentiality obligations, or other violations of these Terms. Upon suspension, all connections with linked workplaces will be terminated.
2. When the Company provides notice to an expert, it may do so via the email address or mobile phone number submitted at the time of registration. For notices to an unspecified number of users, posting on the Service bulletin board for at least one week may substitute for individual notice.
