Probation Hourly Rate
The probation rate applies until the probation end date. After that, the regular hourly rate is automatically used.
Automatic Break Deduction
Night Premium (22:00~06:00)
Additional 50% of base pay.
Holiday Pay
Additional 50% of base pay for holiday work.
Overtime Pay (over 8 hours)
Additional 50% of base pay for hours exceeding 8.
Weekly Holiday Allowance
If you work 15+ hours/week (averaged over 4 weeks) and attend all scheduled work days (perfect attendance), one day's worth of paid holiday pay is automatically generated per week. Calculation: (weekly scheduled hours / 40) x 8 hours x hourly rate (max 8 hours). Applies equally to businesses with fewer than 5 employees. This is a reference calculation; actual application may vary by workplace, so consult a labor attorney for precise details.
Weekly Overtime Pay
When actual weekly working hours exceed 40, an additional 50% of base pay is granted on the remaining excess after deducting overtime already counted for working over 8 hours a day. Holiday work hours are excluded, and it does not apply to workplaces with fewer than 5 employees. This is a reference calculation; consult a labor attorney for exact application.
