What's new — Annual leave & leave records, fixed store QR, store display mode
July 28th, 2026

Here is a summary of the five features added recently.

1) Annual leave and leave records (Standard plan)

Annual leave accrues automatically based on length of service. Under one year, employees earn 1 day per month up to 11 days; from one year, 15 days; from the third year, 1 extra day every two years up to 25 days. Half-day leave (morning or afternoon) deducts 0.5 days.

If Leave usage promotion is on, we tell you — 6 months and 2 months before leave expires — which employees need to be notified. Sending the notice to the employee is still up to you.

Leave that expires unused shows up in that month's payroll report as Unused Annual Leave Compensation (Estimated). Cases you have marked as compensation-exempt after completing the usage promotion are excluded.

You can also record six types of leave of absence: Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, Work Injury Leave, Sick Leave, Unpaid Leave, and Other. Approved leave and leave-of-absence days are reflected automatically in weekly holiday pay.

Start from Settings > Annual leave settings. The accrual basis cannot be changed once you confirm it, so please double-check before deciding. Employees request leave from the check-in screen, and an owner or a manager approves it.

2) Fixed QR for store posting

This QR does not expire. Print it once, put it on the wall, and employees clock in and out with their phone's built-in camera.

At the top of QR Display, use "Save fixed QR" to get it as an image or "Share" to send it right away. Printing on A4 works from a PC.

A posted QR can also be photographed, so we recommend turning on GPS Verification in Settings alongside it.

3) Store display mode

A spare tablet or phone can serve as your store's clock-in screen. On the QR Display page, tap "Set this device as store screen".

After switching, your owner account is logged out on that device and only the clock-in screen remains. Your own phone or PC is unaffected.

If a device is lost, "Log out all store screens" blocks every store screen at once.

4) Field workers

Turn on "Field worker (no GPS check)" when adding or editing an employee, and they can clock in even far from the store. Use it for delivery, on-site work, and visiting services. Only the owner can change this setting.

5) Labor Standards Check

Whether anyone went over 52 hours in a week, whether an hourly rate is below this year's minimum wage, whether statutory breaks are missing, whether a probation discount is applied to a job that should not have one, whether any shift was left without a clock-out, and whether leave is still dated after someone's last day — these six are checked every day and shown at the top of your dashboard.

It is guidance to help you review your records; it does not provide legal judgment or guarantee passing an inspection.

See the Guide page for details.
